Today's consumers are more educated and sophisticated than the consumers of the past. On a daily basis, they are inundated with multiple forms of media - images, video and audio. The initial impressions perceived by consumers of web and print media are critical to the sales and service process. I believe that simple, clean and professional designs are a requirement for a successful business.

This same theory is true for Land Development projects, as well. It is important for a set of plans to be clear and easy to understand. Not only does the design have to be effective, but the plans must be organized, clean and consistent from page to page.
