By submitting this questionnaire, you, the client, claim that you have read and agree to our Policy and Payment Terms as listed below.
Our Policy:
Upon submitting this questionnaire, you will be contacted within 24-48 hours with a quote.
A small deposit is required to authorize Graphics Galore to begin work on your project. Once we receive the deposit (as listed in the Payment Terms), we will put together a design concept for your review and comments. We will repeat this process until you are 100% satisfied with your project design.
After getting your approval for the final design, your project files will be bundled together and sent to you by FTP upload. If printing is included, the files will be uploaded to chosen printer. Printer services will be billed directly from the printer to the client.
Although no additional costs are foreseen, we will invoice you for any out-of-pocket expenses for items such as printing, messenger services, etc that are requested by the client.
Payment Terms:
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover & PayPal for instantaneous project start-up.
We do NOT accept checks!
Here is a summary of the payment schedule:
25% due upon acceptance of quote
75% due upon project completion
Files will not be uploaded to client or printer until payment in full |
